Egypt Investigates and Bans Former Ministers

Egyptian authorities said Saturday they are investigating accusations against former Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif, former Minister of Interior Affairs Habib El Adly and Information Minister Anas El Fekky, the state TV reported.


The military announced that 43 members of the current and ex- government are banned from travel without permission, according to Al Arabia TV.

Anas El Fekky, who retained his position in the new cabinet, is under house arrest and did not show up for a flight to London early Saturday.
